The Process

Apply

Submit your application, we will review your application and send you steps to register. After submitting your application, you will gain access to our New Agent Orientation.

Enroll

If approved for Arise, you will be finalized onto the call center and will complete an assessment. Upon completion, you will gain access to all clients. Complete a background check for the client, as well as their program to become a Certified Customer Support Professional.

Train & Earn

Select the company you want to work for and select a training date. After the training is completed, you will be able to select your hours and work from the comfort of your home!
